Going back in history, our family comes from 2 generations of producing and supplying red meat (cattle and hogs) for our Vietnamese people, in the town and district where we lived in, called Tan Binh. We would like to be able to carry out that tradition here in Houston and also be able to bring the product "Tan Binh Be Thui" to the doorsteps of any Vietnamese-American still craving for a little "piece of Vietnam" right here in the United States. We were fortunate enough to have the blessings of the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture) to be able to bring the product to market.
USDA Inspected Facility
We work alongside with the USDA (8 hrs/day & 5 days/week) in a newly constructed 1 year old building just to do "Be Thui" and "De Thui". We do these products under controlled settings
and with proper sanitary conditions approved only by USDA. Once the product "Be Thui" or "De Thui" is done, it is stamped by USDA Inspected and passed with their SEAL OF APPROVAL.

We then label all our products with our
given establishment number and the
product is then shipped to market.
Because of all our hard work, we are
very fortunate and proud to be the first
and only meat plant in the whole United
States of America, to be granted, USDA
Inspection. We owe many thanks to the

Vietnamese Communities!
